Did you read my previous post? These tips are easy ways to use and save time. All of them take as little as 2 seconds but no more than 120 minutes. Just imagine how much you can accomplish in only 2 seconds.
Time Management Tip #2: Forgive yourself
To forgive yourself doesn’t, at first, appear to have anything to do with time management however it does. Self judgment or punishment is not only a huge time waster it is also a drain on your physical well being and productivity. You can find or create your own meditation and sit with that thought for 3 minutes. Then repeat it over and over until it is true for you. This takes practice of course so be patient. You can also journal about it for 3-5 minutes. You can also find inspiration in my book, “Organizing Your Life From Outside In”, check it out. The benefits of self forgiveness is is immeasurable, trust me.
Time Management – how to get started
The best way to get started is to find just 1 thing that you want to work on. Sometimes people get overwhelmed and choose too many goals. Another tips is to make sure that it is something that you actually believe you can achieve, if you don’t know what that is you can set up a session with a life coach, professional organizer, or time management coach to help you. Forgive yourself and create space in your mind and your heart to focus instead, on what is so great about yourself.
